DATE: Sunday 7th May!
TIMES: 8.30am - 11:00am
PLACE: From Kenilworth Station to Harfield Station
Please come and help, even if just for an hour.
The railway line between Kenilworth and Harfield Stations has become a haven of crime and prostitution, wire stripping and drug dealing – this negatively affects our community.
  • Pick up litter, cut back bushes, remove the bottom branches of trees and make the whole area tidy and visible, ensuring it is uninviting to criminals yet beautiful to us!
  • black bags, gloves, a hat & sunscreen, a rain jacket and water to drink.
  • businesses for sponsorship and to send staff-teams to assist
  • our police force and security companies to send teams out there
  • landscaping companies to send in teams of guys with weed-eaters to cut back the long grass where vagrants hide out
  • volunteers with bakkies to collect the filled black bags and drop them at the central point.
We have two and half hours to get the job done and need as many people as possible to help.
Spread the news as this is a family event. Tell your friends, schools and organisations in the area.
