Top Carpets and Floors Constantiaberg began operating in 1987, with Peter Ruthenberg owing the store since 2008.  Peter deems the dedication of all his staff from reception, sales, fitters, ‘et al’ as the factor that drives his business. 

Always ensuring their clients are left satisfied, the team’s  contribution, expertise and pride in the Top Carpets’ brand provides a cohesive service to a wide range of clientele in and around the Constantiaberg area as well as Fish Hoek, Sea Point and Hout Bay. 

The branch specialises in blinds, carpeting, as well as ceramic, vinyl and laminate flooring. The supply and installation of  2 800m² of industrial flooring for Gorrie & Findlay is counted as one of their great accomplishments.
