Small Yoga classes in home studio with flow to garden, mornings and evenings with experienced teacher and a wide variety of time slots.
There is an emphasis on core strength, a wide variety of postures which include both sequencing of postures(flows) and static longer held positions.
It is always possible to adapt postures(asanas) to individual needs.
The focus is on the process not the result, creating inner space and wellbeing as well as a more integrated sense of movement.
Each class ends with a breathing practice and full relaxation.
