MICROWAVE CHOCOLATE CAKE

Microwave Chocolate Cake

This cake is quick and easy and wonderfully moist.  It is baked in an ice cream bakkie.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 250mls flour
  • 37,5mls cocoa
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 20mls baking powder
  • 50mls oil
  • 250mls caster sugar
  • 250mls hot water
  • 5mls vanilla
  • Spray ice cream bakkie.

 

METHOD:

  • Mix cocoa, water and vanilla
  • Add eggs and oil
  • Add wet to dry
  • Whisk for one minute
  • Cook on high for 7 minutes.
