SWEET AND SOUR MUSTARD SAUCE

SWEET AND SOUR MUSTARD SAUCE

This sauce is absolutely divine with cocktail sausages.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 desert spoons dry mustard
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ½ cup vinegar
  • 2 eggs

 

METHOD:

  • Beat together and bring to the boil briefly. 
  • Allow to cool.
  • Then refrigerate. 
  • Lasts for weeks in the fridge.
