New Course: Managing Anxiety with CBT Skills
The Connection Space introduces a practical, in-person course designed to help participants manage anxiety and worry through proven Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques. Scheduled over eight weeks in Claremont, beginning January 2025.
Each weekly session provides hands-on exercises and guided support, equipping participants with effective tools to break patterns of worry and build lasting calm.
