Worst upholstery experience of my life, a complete nightmare. They were in such a rush to get in and leave.
The one spot they were meant to clean, they ended up making 100x worse because they treated the carpet directly on my wood floors, which caused the varnish to seep into the entire rug and changed it brown.
They would not take any responsibility and now do not respond to my emails, texts, or calls.
