What a huge disappointment !
We were excited to find somewhere for my granddaughter to have fun .
The lady who approached us was friendly and we decided to start with goo making . Just after seating us she had someone come to the door and she excused herself and went out the door to chat . Someone else came to help us helped show us how to mix the goo and also disappeared . The goo was not correctly mixed and stuck to all her clothes and mine .
We were going to leave that and try soap making . The original lady started helping us and the received a phone call and disappeared again outside to take it . She never came back .
We were the only people in there .
Extraordinary how bad the experience was . We decided to cut our losses and left having paid R 140 for a bakkie of goo that had to be thrown away . We had intended to eat and have something to drink .
This business needs to up its game for sure .
