I do believe winter is a time for us to recharge our batteries, get more sleep, read more books & generally slow down, but winter blues are real and you need to challenge yourself to take that run or walk, even though it’s raining. It starts with the right gear. Quick dry tights, a dry mac and peak cap help you to keep relatively comfortable.
