I offer holistic massage services. I have approx 20 years experience, and have trained in Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Reiki, Tui Na, Naturopathy, Shiatsu and Herbalism. I do lymphatic drainage, and also do deep tissue massage – releasing adhesions, constriction and congestion in the muscles and fascia, so the body can be gently stretched back into flexibility and alignment. My passion is relieving pain and stress.

I also offer Life Alignment Therapy, which is a form of energy healing. it’s primary use is for shifting issues that cannot be shifted without gaining access to a higher perspective or a higher aspect of the self. Life Alignment brings the spiritual, mental, emotional and physical aspects of self into alignment.

Life alignment: R350/session -duration varies according to the individual process
