Eily is passionate about all kinds of music, patient, creative and encouraging. She believes that ‘Nothing is more successful than success” so she ensures that her students find success in all their musicale endeavours.

She enjoys interacting with all ages and have taught from ages 5 to 75. She taught at a number of Southern Suburb schools, for many years, leaving teaching in schools in mid- 2017. Her school teaching career has included private and government schools from pre-primary up to matric level.

Since the emergence of Covid-19 Eily adapted to online lessons but she finds that she enjoys them more than her students. It is so much fun for teacher and students to enjoy learning in the comfort of their own home. Eily tries to ensure that her students learn something new every lesson in a relaxed and encouraging atmosphere.

In order to enjoy online lessons, the students need to have their own instruments and a computer and webcam or a charged cell phone.

Eily has been a Harfield resident for 9 years and she loves the funkiness of the village and convenience of living in such a central part of the Southern Suburbs.
