Norgarb Properties (“us”, “we”, or “our”) is a Real Estate Agency that provides property sales and/or rental services. Norgarb Properties is not responsible for processing any personal information on such social media websites.  Our Privacy Policy is not applicable to such social media websites.

Newsletter

Our newsletter database is held on a third-party platform www.clikitmedia.com. Contact information is sourced from Norgarb Property Agents at show houses and the like, an introduction letter is sent from harfield-village.co.za introducing harfield-village.co.za and the community aspect. Should one not unsubscribe from this introduction letter then monthly newsletters will be seen as welcomed however, at any point should a person wish to unsubscribe they are welcome to do so and will thereafter no longer receive our community newsletter.

Competition entrant information is entered onto a third-party platform, www.mailchimp.com, competition entrant information is automatically transferred to our newsletter database on third-party platform clickitmedia.com to receive monthly newsletters, at any point should a competition entrant wish to unsubscribe they are welcome to do so and will thereafter no longer receive our community newsletter.

The manner in which your personal information is used will be described in the applicable Clikit Media privacy policy.  It is imperative that you read the Clickit Media Privacy Policy as well as this Privacy Policy, Terms of use and/or other privacy statements on ClickitMedia.com as these differ from our Privacy Policy. Norgarb Properties will not be held liable for any loss or damage, whatsoever whether direct, indirect or consequential as a result of the disclosure of your personal information to such third parties.

Competitions

This Harfield Village website regularly promotes competitions through our website, newsletter and on our social media page. These entry forms are hosted on a third-party platform www.mailchimp.com. Winners are drawn with a RNG system. Winners will receive communications their information will be forwarded to the prize sponsor so that collection of the prize may be arranged and the principal of Norgarb Properties so that congratulations may be conveyed.

The manner in which your personal information is used will be described in the applicable Mailchimp privacy policy.  It is imperative that you read the Mailchimp Privacy Policy as well as this Privacy Policy, Terms of use and/or other privacy statements on Mailchimp.com as these differ from our Privacy Policy. Norgarb Properties will not be held liable for any loss or damage, whatsoever whether direct, indirect or consequential as a result of the disclosure of your personal information to such third parties.

Security

We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the site, your information is protected both online and offline.

Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a lock icon in the address bar and looking for “https” at the beginning of the address of the web page.
