February is the romantic month of the year – with Valentine’s Day.
Even though it really is just another month, there’s a lot of ‘history’ behind this month of romance and love! The name of February comes from the Latin word “februum” which means purification. Let’s show one another and our fellow community members some kindness (love) during this month, as we should all year round.
This newsletter is filled with interesting articles from our regular contributors, as well as our monthly competition with great prizes from our sponsors. What is more, take a look at the beautiful properties for sale by Norgarb Properties.

BENEFITS OF AN ANTENUPTIAL CONTRACT
Despite all the challenges facing each and everyone at present during the pandemic, love still flourishes and many weddings albeit on a much smaller scale, are taking place.
It is still, if not more important for couples to seek the right advice on their marital contract. STBB explains more. See it here.

ARE YOU STUCK IN A FAD DIETING RUT?
People will often try ANY (fad) diet to lose weight.
A fad diet is any weight-loss plan that promises quick and easy weight loss (through what is generally an unhealthy, unbalanced diet).

FEBRUARY IN THE GARDEN
February is a really good time to plant those seeds, get the ground turned and begin nurturing new life for a new year. That is if you haven’t already started.
There is absolutely nothing quite as satisfying as eating fruit and vegetables from your very own garden. It not only minimises trips to the shops, saves money but it is healthier too!

HELP ARO SAVE MORE ANIMALS THROUGH MYSCHOOL

INTEREST RATES REMAIN LOW
After a year in which the residential property market defied expectations – with keen interest all eyes will be on the Monetary Policy Committee (MPC) to ascertain whether the interest rates will hold steady, or drop even further, affording the opportunity of owning their dream home, to more South Africans.
