One would expect the warmer weather to be enveloping our beautiful country, signifying that Spring is on its way! However the storm is bringing with it a lot of extra water to fill up our dams.
Soon we will see Spring in action as it brings with it the vibrant colours of blooming flowers, clear beautiful light as the sun shines through the greening trees and new life as birds start singing. Spring is the awakening of the earth.

STBB Newsflash | PROPERTY RATES INCREASE: YOU CAN OBJECT
Every three (3) years the City of Cape Town updates the general property valuation roll to assess and adjust, as necessary, the current value of immovable property within its jurisdiction. If the value of an immovable property is adjusted upwards, it may result in increased rates charged on the property owner.
The City is receiving objections to the Supplementary Valuation Roll of 2018, and the window period for objections closes on 11 September 2020. Read the full article here.
