CONSIDERING YOUR ANTENUPTIAL AGREEMENT
An Antenuptial Contract is an agreement which is signed before the wedding by parties wishing to be married. The agreement is for those who want to retain ownership of his/her own assets and not combine assets to form one communal estate as is the case in a ‘Community of Property’ marriage.
STBB explains more. See the full article here.
What questions do you have for STBB?
CAN WE BE HEALTY AT ANY SIZE?
Our society has become far too focused on being ‘thin’ rather than being healthy.
There will always be those who rebel against this idea and say that you can be healthy, beautiful and happy even if you are overweight.

MARCH IN THE GARDEN
If you are tending to veggies, it’s best to use water that’s already been used from the shower, dishes or washing machine.
That is if you use biodegradable products.
It’s amazing how much water you can recycle if you just think about it and use the correct size basins! Water sparingly and either in the evening or early morning, so as not to ‘burn’ their leaves.
Patchwork shares the plant list for March. See it here.
ARO ROBBED AT GUNPOINT
It has been a traumatic ordeal at Animal Rescue Organisation.
Staff are still in total shock after a group of six armed men gained access to the administration office under the pretence of being prospective customers.
ARO is appealing to the public to assist with upgrading their current security and to assist in replacing equipment that was stolen. For more information, click here.
5 THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THE REPO RATE
The South African Reserve Bank has announced that it will hold the repo rate as is. As South Africa battles the second wave of the COVID-19 this seems the only thing to do.
What exactly does this mean to property owners, and why should prospective buyers bother whether the repo rate falls or increases?
BetterBond explains more. Read it here.
HUMAN RIGHTS DAY
It’s Human Rights Day on Sunday 21st March in South Africa.
What can neuroscience tell us about how we accept these rights so that we can live in a fair society, and why do we sometimes forget these rules? Read the full article here.

LOVE AND SAFETY
It is always good to focus on love and on the people we love. A time to ponder on how to keep them safe and out of harms’ way. Crime is rampant and it is each ones responsibility to keep safe.
